Our story
Kayro started with a simple observation: the people who are best at their craft — hairstylists, beauticians, aesthetic practitioners — spend hours every week on things a computer could do. Answering the same questions. Juggling DMs. Playing phone tag over a single appointment. Every one of those minutes is time away from clients, or time away from home.
So we built Sofia — an AI receptionist that lives on Instagram and your website, answers clients instantly, and books appointments straight into your calendar. We tested her in a real salon, on real bookings, and kept refining until she felt like a genuinely helpful teammate rather than a clumsy bot.
Today, Kayro is growing into a small studio of AI automations built for service businesses — practical, reliable, and designed for the way real salons and clinics actually work. Sofia is the first. She won’t be the last.
