Service 03 — Custom AI & automation

Built for the job only your business has

Some problems do not fit a ready-made product. When the repetitive work is specific to how you operate, we map it, build it and keep it running — an assistant trained on your own material, a document reader, an internal tool, or a chain of automations between the systems you already use.

The four stages of a custom build: map, scope, build, run

What we build

Typical projects

01

An assistant on your own knowledge

Trained on your documents, price lists and policies, so staff or customers get the right answer instead of hunting through folders.

02

Document and form handling

Invoices, orders, applications and contracts read automatically, the important fields pulled out and filed where they belong.

03

Automation between your tools

Reminders, follow-ups, spreadsheets, data copied by hand between systems — taken off your plate and left running quietly in the background.

04

Internal tools

A small dashboard, a booking screen, a stock or job tracker — built around your process rather than the other way round.

05

A tailored version of our products

Sofia adapted to an industry she was not designed for, or connected to a booking system we have not met before.

What it costs

Quoted per project, never open-ended

Custom work is scoped first and quoted as one fixed price, because an hourly estimate on something nobody has built before is a guess dressed up as a number. We map the process, agree what “finished” means, then quote it.

Once it is live, it runs on a monthly fee that covers hosting, monitoring and improvements — the same arrangement as our other services. If you want a rough sense of scale before the call: most first projects land between a website build and a small internal system, and the mapping conversation is free.

Start with the thing that annoys you most

Describe the task you keep doing by hand. We will tell you whether it can be automated, roughly what it would take, and whether it is worth it.
